Hiring process

We know the job search experience can be overwhelming, so we try to be as transparent as possible about what you can expect from us throughout the interview process, which takes about two weeks on average.

 

We offer both technical and non-technical positions, and the type of job you apply for will determine what, and how many, interviews you have.

 

Technical interview process

If you apply for an analytics, technical services, platform services or technology role, you can expect to have interviews like these before joining our team:

 

  • Google Meet call with recruiter

  • Technical assignment

  • Hiring manager video interview

  • Technical/team video interview

  • Final interview

 

Non-technical interview process

If you apply for a training and development, sales, finance, marketing or HR role, you can expect the process to look similar to this:

 

  • Google Meet call with recruiter

  • Hiring manager video/phone interview

  • Team video interview

  • Final interview
